Group Mandala and ITP workshop

Sunday 22nd April  Javea Studio 23 Spain 10.30 to 4pm

Be guided through this wellness workshop focusing on Integral Transformative Practice ITP inspired by George Leonard and Michael Murphy. Using Breathing, Movement and Sound we will work as a group to explore human potential together celebrating the life we’ve been given by transforming body, mind, heart and spirit. Just bring along and open mind and a willingness to share.

We will also be creating a group Mandala throughout the day.  Many people and cultures have vouched for the mandala’s intrinsic meaning. Buddhists, Tibetans, and Hindus have all derived meaning from the mandala and its captivating beauty. Psychoanalyst Carl Jung has called it “a representation of the unconscious self.” The mandala is widely recognized as a meaningful reflection of its creator.

Mandala therapy & healing can be a great source of reflection on the soul.

Mandalas can be seen all around us, but are not just people-centric. They are larger than life. Mandalas represent life as we know it, but they also represent a larger ecosystem and universe that exceeds our consciousness.

Free entry as part of the Holistic day at Javea Studios
