Parks in Mind

Monday March 23rd at 1pm in Shelley Park gardens (weather permitting). With 18 movements using proper breathing techniques and posture. Gentle, beautiful and flowing this routine is both joyful and relaxing. It is designed to improve general health with gentle rocking and stretching to improve circulation and digestion with chest exercises for good lung condition. This session is being run as a fund raiser for “Parks In Mind”.
