Meditation to Music with essential oils and self massage. Tuesday 2nd April and Tuesday 23rd April at 7pm.
Move out of Winter hibernation and tap into the energy of Spring time and all of it’s growth and newness. As nature flourishes so shall we! There is no right or wrong in these self-developing sessions. A time to explore your own sense of wellbeing in a shared environment. The first of these two sessions will focus on breathing and movement and the second will include self massage techniques.
Each session will begin with the option to choose a complimentary essential oils suited to the time of year. Rachel from Rachel’s Therapies will be here to advise. Jenny from Perfect Sound will then lead us in a guided meditation with movement and massage.
Please bring a blanket and mat and wear comfortable clothes. If you do not wish to use a mat,chairs will be provided. Please arrive at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. The session will end with information on ways to continue developing personal home practice in meditation and use of essential oils. £10 per session or £18 for both sessions which includes a free massage cream to take home with you.
